Drinking lots of
water, and avoiding sweets,

Dry mouth
Dry mouth can increase the possibility of cavities. Dry mouth happens when your mouth doesn't produce enough saliva, due to disease,
certain
medications or cancer treatment. This makes it hard to eat, swallow,
taste and speak. Because saliva cleans your mouth and helps to wash away bacteria from your teeth, less saliva can lead to more cavities. 7
